ITは、仕事にあわせてITを変えるんじゃなくITにあわせて仕事を変えないとあまり意味が無いんだよね。もちろん後者は外れた時のダメージも大きいので慎重にやる必要があって、そういう意味でもROIがきちんと測られないといけないと思うけど。
