家買うなら、１０年で無理なく返せる借入金額で、
中古の住宅を買うのがせいぜいだわ。

まぁ、そんなことになったら物件売れないから皆様には
新築物件等々なんでも紹介ますが・・・。時には本当に
５年以内に競売になりそうな人たちが家購入していく姿
はかわいそうでなりません。

これから出てくるであろう、築浅の競売物件に群がる
不動産業者たちの姿が目に浮かびます。
