電力需給：政府今夏試算「６％余裕」伏せる － 毎日ｊｐ(毎日新聞)
電力会社側に何かの意図があることは否定できないにしても、公平に考えても「電力不足がほぼ100％起こらないようにする」という試算条件だとしたら、変動要素の多い(と思われる)再生可能エネルギーや利用者の読めない「需要調整計画」をベースにして計算なんて出来ない。そういうのはあくまで「電力不足が発生する可能性を10％までは許容する」とかそういうアセスメントのもとでのみ成立する。まあ試算なんだから本来はそういう数字も見るべきなんだと思うけど、政府はどういう評価してるのかしらん。
