つまりそういうことだ。Facebookは個々人が着飾った“見栄を張った”情報の塊になるわけだ。以前だれかが「Facebookは30年後の高校の同窓会みたいなものだ」と書いていた。たしかに言い得て妙。いまの自分の生活が充実している“リア充”でないと出席できない。50歳前にもなって「離婚して一人暮らし」とか「無職」だとかでは人前に顔を出せないのだ。

Facebookも結局のところ、書き込みのほとんどは、美味しいもの食べたとか旅行に行ったとか、ある意味“ハレ”の状態を書き込むことがほとんどだ。私自身もそうなのだが(笑)。つまり自分を“リア充”に見せる個々人の広告ページがFacebookなのだ。そう考えると個人から企業まで、総広告サイトがFacebookの姿だといえるのではなかろうか。
